The most expensive condo in Vancouver has been sold for $25 million.
Realtor Malcolm Hasman confirmed the penthouse above the Fairmont Pacific Rim Vancouver went for the highest selling price ever on Vancouver’s Multiple Listing Service, a real estate database.
The two-storey condo was initially offered at $28.8 million.
With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gym, pool and interior design recently completed by Robert Bailey, the Coal Harbour condominium spans 6,459 square feet over two floors with a rooftop deck.
A luxury hotel occupies the first 22 floors of the building on West Cordova.
No information on the buyer or other details of the sale were disclosed.
The second-most expensive condo in Vancouver is listed at $21 million in the same building.
The record for the most expensive condo in Canada is held by a $28-million unit sold in 2011 at the Four Seasons private residences in Toronto.
