SURREY RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance with locating a man wanted on an outstanding warrant in relation to multiple charges.

On February 17, an arrest warrant was issued for 49-year-old Fabian Yul Brown. He is wanted on serious charges, including kidnapping, assault, unlawful confinement, uttering threats, break-and-enter, fraud, and possession of stolen property.

Surrey RCMP General Investigation Unit has been actively working to locate Brown since the warrant was issued for his arrest. Despite efforts, he has not been located and public assistance is being sought.

Brown is described as a 6’3 male, bald, with brown eyes. He is known to frequent Vancouver.
