The annual Honda Celebration of Light is more than just a fireworks display – it’s a tradition that has illuminated Vancouver’s skies for decades,” said Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim. “We are thrilled to welcome spectators from around the globe for this vibrant celebration of art, culture, and community. To ensure this event remains an enjoyable and safe experience for everyone, we will be working closely with our partners at the Park Board, Vancouver Police Department and Emergency Services.”

“The dazzling display of fireworks that is synonymous with the Honda Celebration of Light can’t come soon enough!” said Michael McKnight, Co-Chair of the Vancouver Fireworks Festival Society. “We are fortunate to be involved in hosting such a monumental tradition and encourage Canadians to once again treat this as an opportunity to come out and celebrate.”

We are happy to help spark friendly competition at such an inclusive, family-oriented event that creates lasting memories across generations,” said Emile Korkor, Assistant Vice President, Honda Sales and Marketing. “Honda will be cheering on all the teams as they light the skies this summer.”

“As well, this year will be extra special, as the BC Honda Dealers Association present a drone firework display in advance of each evening’s featured fireworks performance – adding a new and exciting element to the event.”  Manse Binkley, President of the BC Honda Dealers Association.
