SANDY Dosanjh, wife of VPD Constable Kal Dosanjh who was arrested and charged with fraud and theft on Thursday, is no longer a Conservative Party of Surrey candidate for Surrey City Council, the party announced on Friday.

“As Sandy is no longer a candidate for public office, we ask that her privacy be respected at this time so that she is able to focus on her family. The Conservative Party of Surrey will be making no further comments on this matter,” the party said in a statement.
