THE Vancouver Police Department has identified the victim of the city’s 13th homicide as 31-year-old Chelsea Lynn De Forge of Vancouver.
At around 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 1, police were called to the Regal Hotel on Granville Street near Helmcken Street about a strong odor on the second floor. Officers located a dead woman inside an apartment.
