SYED Jafri of Brampton started the New Year a little bit richer – actually almost $10 million richer!

He was one of the three winners of the Lotto 6/49 jackpot from the December 3 draw worth nearly $30 million and received a cheque of $9,993,954.80. Syed also won $15 from two other selections for a total of $9,993,969.80.

The two other winning tickets were sold in Brampton and B.C.
