Public assistance needed regarding home invasion suspects

SURREY RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in providing information regarding a home invasion and shooting that occurred in Surrey on September 23.

At about 1:15 a.m. that day, several males wearing Halloween masks forced their way into a private residence located in the 7600 block of 146A Street and committed a home invasion style robbery.

As the suspects fled, they fired several shots at a neighbour, one of which struck the victim in the face. The victim of the shooting is expected to make a full recovery.

Police have identified a number of suspects in this investigation. They are:

– Sean Jacob Lee Jennings, 27

– Peter Black Edmonds, 24

– David Nguyen, 23

– Jason Suriyavong, 21 (no photo available at this time)

Information obtained to date confirms that these suspects are originally from Alberta. Police believe that these suspects have re-located to the Lower Mainland of British

Columbia and have been criminally active throughout the Greater Vancouver area.

The Surrey RCMP is interested in any information related to the suspects’ activities on or around September 23 as well as their current whereabouts.

Additionally, anyone having any information regarding these suspects or their associates is asked to call Surrey RCMP immediately.

These suspects represent a significant threat to the safety of the public and should be considered armed and dangerous. Members of the public are asked not to approach them.
