THE City of Delta on Friday announced the relaunch of a vibrant community market at the North Delta Recreation Centre this summer.

In collaboration with The Collective Markets, which currently operates the Ladner Village Market on behalf of the City, Delta is investing in a “Make It, Bake It, Grow It” style market in North Delta that will offer a unique opportunity for local artisans, bakers, and growers to showcase their goods to the community.

Taking place on select Saturdays from May to September, the outdoor market will provide a dynamic space for approximately 40 vendors to sell fresh produce, handmade crafts, baked goods, and more. Market visitors can look forward to a lively atmosphere, fostering community connections and supporting local businesses.

“This market is a fantastic way to bring our community together while supporting local entrepreneurs and small businesses,” said Mike Brotherston, Director of Corporate Services for the City of Delta. “We are excited to see the community embrace this opportunity to connect with local vendors and enjoy fresh, locally made products.”

Market Details:

  • Dates: May 31, June 14 and 28, July 12 and 26, August 2, 16, and 30, September 13
