Collision involving motorcycle and vehicle in Whalley

SURREY RCMP are seeking witnesses and dash-cam footage in connection to a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle in Whalley.

On Wednesday, September 30, shortly after 7 a.m., Surrey RCMP responded to a collision near the intersection of King George Boulevard and 132nd Street. The collision involved a single occupant motorcycle and a motor vehicle with four occupants. The BC Ambulance Service responded to the collision and assessed all individuals. The occupants of the vehicle were cleared at the scene and driver of the motorcycle was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.

King George Boulevard northbound will be closed as investigators process the collision scene. Road closures will be in effect for several hours. The Surrey RCMP Criminal Collision Investigation Team have assumed conduct of the investigation.
