FOR the second time this season, teams are leaving the borders of Canada, travelling approximately 11,573 kilometers from Saskatoon, and across three continents to Kolkata, India.
The Amazing Race Canada presents many challenges, but sometimes it’s the actual environment that might deliver the biggest “Roadblock”. This week’s episode is proof of that.
Sean: “Oh my god, India is the most chaotic place I’ve ever been.”
Dujean: “We can’t find a taxi… these streets are crazy man.”
Jesse: “Such a frustrating leg.”
This grueling race takes its toll in even the most perfect settings, but when racing in extreme heat – with average temperatures over 40° Celsius; feeling like 50° with the humidity – for up to 10 hours, while carrying backpacks, and navigating chaotic streets in one of the world’s most densely populated cities, teams are sure to lose their cool. And lose their cool they did. Yes, even best friend brothers Gino & Jesse!
In this all-new episode of The Amazing Race Canada (Wednesday, August 26 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CTV and CTV GO), temperatures rise, tempers flare, and finding one’s inner chi is key!
