THE Abbotsford Police Department is looking for 30-year-old Elvin Vishal Nandan in relation to a domestic violence incident reported last week.  APD officers have checked known locations for the accused and are now asking for the public’s assistance.

Nandan is wanted for assault and uttering threats.  He is 5’8” tall and weighs 180 pounds.  He has brown eyes and black hair.
