VANCOUVER Police have re-arrested Elwood Poorman, who was wanted Canada-wide after breaching his parole conditions last week.
Poorman, 42, failed to return to his halfway house after signing out on July 16.
He was arrested Monday in the Downtown Eastside and taken back to jail.
