iCON South Asian Health Forum: Living Well with Arthritis and Osteoporosis

Saturday, March 13 and Saturday, March 20 – Free virtual event

Join iCON for the 2021 South Asian Health Forum: “Living Well with Arthritis and Osteoporosis”. Free online, interactive forum.

Delivered in Punjabi and Hindi, this forum is designed for seniors, families and caregivers who are interested in learning about the early detection, risk factors, treatment, and management of Osteoporosis and Arthritis. Participants will also have opportunities to ask questions to a panel of health experts.

What you will learn:

  • Tips for preventing disease through diet, fall prevention and maintaining joint mobility
  • Managing pain and overall symptoms through medications, exercise and nutrition (including traditional diets)
  • Healthy coping strategies and tips for maintaining mental well-being
  • Where and how to access support in the community
