ON August 26, Ridge Meadows RCMP were on scene in the 22800-block of Gillis Place gathering information for an ongoing missing person investigation.

Police say that as criminality has been suspected, the area surrounding the scene will be cordoned off for a significant amount of time. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has been called in and will be working in partnership with Ridge Meadows RCMP.

Police are currently in the evidence gathering phase and say that no further information will be provided at this time. IHIT has assumed conduct of the investigation.
