Metro Vancouver: Air Quality Warning ends

METRO Vancouver Regional District has ended the ground-level ozone (smog) Air Quality Warning for Central Fraser Valley and Eastern Fraser Valley that has been in effect since August 26.

Air quality has improved due to a change in weather and cooler temperatures.

Air Quality Warning has ended for:

  • Central Fraser Valley
  • Eastern Fraser Valley

Metro Vancouver works in cooperation with Environment and Climate Change Canada, Fraser Valley Regional District, and BC Ministry of Environment and Parks to look after air quality.
