McCallum and the councillors-elect will be sworn in at a special inauguration ceremony in Council Chambers at Surrey City Hall at 13450 104th Avenue on Monday (November 4) at 7 p.m. The Council meeting will be held immediately following the inauguration ceremony. The inauguration ceremony and Council meeting will also be broadcast live online.
