SURREY Police Service (SPS) is investigating a motor vehicle collision in the area of the Pattullo Bridge and King George Boulevard.

At approximately 8:35 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, SPS, BCEHS and Surrey Fire Service responded to the area of the Pattullo Bridge and King George Boulevard regarding a two-vehicle collision. A male and a female were treated for their injuries on scene and transported to hospital with serious injuries.

The eastbound lanes of the Pattullo Bridge are expected to be closed for several hours while the collision is investigated. The public is encouraged to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
