BOLO on Saturday congratulated the Toronto Police Service and the Ontario Provincial Police Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad for the arrest of Bolo’s #15, Nicholas Singh, in Toronto, on November 21.
It said: “Singh was wanted for being unlawfully at large. He was serving a five-year, five-month and 10-day sentence for robbery and firearm-related charges when he went on the run on May 31, 2024. Singh was allegedly in possession of a firearm, extended magazine, and ammunition when he was arrested yesterday.”
The Toronto Police Service announced that Nicholas Singh, 24, of Toronto, who was wanted on a Canada-Wide warrant and was on the BOLO Program’s Canada’s 25 Most Wanted list, was arrested when police attended the Bathurst Street and Dupont Street area at approximately 11:20 p.m. on Friday and located him in a vehicle. He was arrested without incident. Police alleged that officers located a firearm, extended magazine, and ammunition.
Singh has been charged with possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm without holding a licence and registration certificate; possession of a firearm other than restrict or prohibited firearm knowingly not holding a licence; possession of a prohibited / restricted weapon or prohibited device knowing no authority; occupying a motor vehicle with firearm; possession of a loaded regulated firearm; and possession of a firearm with an altered serial number.
