One dead, three taken to hospital in crash in Richmond at Westminster Highway and No.4 Road

RICHMOND RCMP are advising drivers to avoid the area of Westminster Highway and No.4 Road following a major crash.

RCMP say one person was pronounced dead at the scene and three others were taken to hospital.
