ON Thursday, March 16, 2017, at 7:55 a.m., Toronto Police responded to a medical complaint in the parking lot of Alvin Curling Public School, located at 50 Upper Rouge Trail.
Officers found a man with apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene and later identified as Dylan Greenaway, 21, of Toronto.
After a two-year investigation, with the assistance of the Gun and Gang Task Force, police arrested two men on Monday (February 11).
Hafis Mohideen-Hassan, 20, of Toronto, was charged with first-degree murder.
Mohammad Patel, 20, of Toronto was charged with first-degree murder and possession of a restricted firearm.
Police said that a loaded, semi-automatic pistol was located during his arrest.
