ONTARIO: Peel Regional Police seek help in fraud case involving South Asian suspect

ONTARIO’S Peel Regional Police investigators from the Fraud Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) fraud investigation.

On Tuesday, September 25 at 6 p.m. an adult male suspect identifying himself as Samuel Kesky contacted the victim, an 85-year-old female from Mississauga, by phone and stated that he was from the CRA. The suspect told the victim to withdraw a large amount of cash from her financial institution and meet with him to turn over the money. The victim complied with the suspect’s demand.

The suspect is described as male, South Asian, in his 30’s, 5’8”, medium complexion, short black hair, medium to heavy build.
