PARDEEP Raj Singh Guron, 37, of Calgary (Alberta) died after a motor vehicle incident near Field on April 24, according to the BC Coroners Service.

Guron was a front-seat passenger in a vehicle that was heading westbound on Highway 1 at about 7:45 p.m. on April 24 when, about four kilometres east of Field, it was in a head-on collision with an eastbound car. Guron died at the scene.

The BC Coroners Service and RCMP Traffic Services continue to investigate this death.
