Pritpal Singh’s homicide not connected to Lower Mainland Gang Conflict

THE Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) is calling on the public to help further its ongoing investigation of the homicide of Pritpal Singh in Surrey.

On April 7, at 12:43 a.m., 21-year-old Pritpal Singh was shot and killed outside a residence in the 8800-block of 138A Street. 

IHIT continues to work with the Surrey RCMP, the Integrated Forensic Identification Services and the B.C. Coroners Service to gather evidence. 

Investigators are working to determine a motive.  This incident is not believed to be related to the ongoing Lower Mainland Gang Conflict.
