Macau, July 4 (IANS) Film and Television actor Ram Kapoor will be seen in a triple role in “Humshakals” and he is excited about the film, to be directed by Sajid Khan.

“I am starting ‘Humshakals’ with Sajid Khan where I do a triple role. I am excited about it… we will start shooting in September and it will release next June,” Ram, currently ruling the small screen as a business tycoon in the romantic drama “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain”, told IANS.

Other than this, the actor, who worked in films like “Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi” and “Udaan”, is busy with Vidya Balan and Farhan Akhtar-starrer “Shaadi Ke Side Effects” and “Santa Banta”.

“It was great fun shooting ‘Santa Banta’,” said the actor whose last big screen outings were “Student of the Year” and “Mere Dad Ki Maruti”.
Composer duo Sajid-Wajid’s father passes away

Mumbai, July 4 (IANS) Music composer duo Sajid-Wajid’s father Sharafat Ali Khan passed away in a hospital here. He was 63.

A source close to Sajid- Wajid said: “Their father underwent a heart surgery some time back and was on ventilator. He passed away last night (Wednesday) around 9 p.m.”

Sharafat Ali Khan was a music arranger and worked with many renowned music composers.

The funeral was held at Oshiwara Qabristan.
