THE RCMP Federal Policing Pacific Region said on Monday that they do not have confirmation of the arrest of escaped killer Rabih (Robby) Alkhalil abroad.
They said that “if that information changes,” they would let the media know.
“At this point,” the RCMP said that Alkhalil was still at large.
However, they announced that three men have been charged in relation to the escape of Alkhalil from Coquitlam prison. They have been charged with conspiracy to commit a prison breach, and a prison breach.
