Over 80 teams from as far as Atlantic Canada and the United States will compete in Surrey. Games will be open to the public to watch. Visit wickfest.com for ticket and event information. All event profits go to JumpStart and Right to Play.

“We’re looking forward to the largest and most successful event to date” said Hayley Wickenheiser, four-time Olympic gold medalist and event founder. “We’re so thankful to the City of Surrey for providing support and space for our tournament to grow and aid in providing an opportunity for young girls to try a sport they may not otherwise have considered.”

The City of Surrey thanked WickFest, the Surrey Falcons and our Sport Surrey partners: Discover Surrey and the Surrey Hotel and Motel Association.

The City says that its welcoming, world-class, accessible, and award-winning facilities, makes it the premier place for hosting sporting events. The Sport Tourism Strategy has been developed to advance the City of Surrey as a leader in the Sport Tourism industry, maximizing both economic benefits and sport development opportunities.
