ABBOTSFORD Police said that their youth officers at a local school on Wednesday witnessed a driver operating his car at 140 km in the 30 km school zone.

“They immediately took action. An 18-year-old driver had his prom vehicle impounded and was issued a $483 ticket,” police tweeted.
