The Lexus IS series impresses at the starting line, with a provocative design that’s thrilling to look at. Every feature and form speaks to its athletic abilities and aggressive intent. The 2022 Lexus IS series lineup includes the IS 500 RWD, IS 350 AWD, IS 300 AWD, and IS 300 RWD. The IS 300 RWD features a 2.0L twin-scroll turbocharged four-cylinder engine that puts 241 HP and 259 lb-ft of torque at the driver’s command. This is mated to an eight-speed Sport Direct Shift automatic transmission for optimum gear selection.
The 2022 Lexus IS 300 RWD F SPORT 1 (starting MSRP: $43,800) features 19” F SPORT wheels, F SPORT design enhancements, and a gauge cluster inspired by the Lexus LFA Super Car. The Lexus IS 300 AWD features a 3.5L naturally aspirated V6 that generates 260 HP and 236 lb-ft of torque. This is fed through a six-speed automatic transmission to the Lexus dynamic torque all-wheel-drive system for elevated confidence and control.
