VANCOUVER’S Khalsa Diwan Society on Friday honoured Vancouver Police Chief Constable Adam Palmer, presenting him plaques and an ornate kirpan.
Vancouver Police Deputy Chief Steve Rai joined the leaders of the prestigious Gurdawara on the occasion.

The citation reads: “Celebrating 38 years of dedicated service, devotion and commitment to public safety, community policing and the citizens of Vancouver.”
