THE BC Prosecution Service (BCPS) announced on Tuesday that charges have been approved against a member of the BC RCMP Major Crimes section following an investigation into offences alleged to have occurred between February 2023 and May 2025 in Port Coquitlam.
An Information charging Constable Graham James Love with one count of accessing child sexual abuse and exploitation material, and breach of trust.
An Information was sworn on October 27 in Port Coquitlam Provincial Court. The first appearance on this matter is scheduled for November 18.
The charges were approved by an experienced Crown Counsel who has no connection with the accused.
As this matter is now before the court, the BCPS said it will not be releasing any additional information or commenting further at this time.
