HIGHWAY 10 (56 Avenue) in the 15600-block in Surrey is closed for both eastbound and westbound traffic due to a serious pedestrian-involved collision, Surrey Police announced just past midnight.

The closures are expected to last through the night. Motorists are urged to seek alternate routes and detours will be in place

At this time, Surrey Police Service’s Collision Investigation Unit (CIU) is being called out to attend the scene and lead the investigation.
