THE Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) is now investigating the Abbotsford case in which human remains were found in a vehicle set on fire last Sunday.

On December 5 at 2:42 a.m., Abbotsford Police patrol officers responded to the 5000-block of Riverside Street for reports of a vehicle fire. When the fire was extinguished by Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service, human remains were located in the vehicle.
