ONTARIO’S Peel Regional Police’s Special Victims Unit has charged a 45-year-old Milton man in relation to a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that the victim, a 19-year-old female, was sexually assaulted during a driving lesson.
The victim did not sustain any physical injuries.
On Monday, July 17, police arrested and charged Imran Malik with sexual assault.
He will attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton at a later date.
