SURREY RCMP are investigating a shooting in the Green Timbers area.

On Saturday, January 20 at 1:06 a.m., Surrey RCMP received a report of shots fired in the area in the 9100-block of 147 Street. Police located a male who appeared to be suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to hospital for assessment and treatment.

Surrey RCMP Officers are canvassing for witnesses in the area.
