At the Miss Fiji Canada Beauty Pageant during the 2015 Fiji Day Celebration at the Royal King Palace in Surrey on August 7 with visiting Fiji Prime Minister Josaia Voreqe “Frank” Bainimarama was the guest of honour. Shovanna Pratap, 20, was crowned Miss Fiji Canada. 1st Runner-up – Alisha Goundar. 2nd Runner-up – Bryanna Prasad. 3rd Runner-up – Danita Prasad. Miss Fiji Canada also awarded a Community Service Award to Shimeran Goundar and Most Photogenic Award to Alisha Goundar. Arvind and Shobna Prasad were directors of Miss Fiji Canada Organization who hosted the pageant and red carpet charity gala.
