RUMOURS started circulating on Monday afternoon at the highest political levels that Prime Minister Stephen Harper may nominate former B.C. minister Kevin Falcon from a Surrey riding, thus giving the Conservatives a boost in Surrey, but Falcon told The VOICE on Tuesday morning that he has no intentions of running in the election.
