MICHAEL Lee, MLA for Vancouver-Langara, has announced that he will enter the race to become the next leader of the BC Liberal Party on Wednesday (June 9) during a live event on Facebook with supporters from across British Columbia.
“With experience as the MLA for Vancouver-Langara, a business lawyer before entering politics, a community leader, a father of three, and a committed BC Liberal, he’s ready to lead the rebuilding work ahead. A hard worker and strong campaigner with a strong electoral record, Michael has what it takes to win, rebuild across BC, and engage new voices to build an effective and inclusive BC Liberal team where everyone can fully contribute,” the Michael Lee Campaign said in a statement.
All are invited to this special event as Lee launches this campaign with his family, friends, key supporters, and party members on Wednesday, June 9 at 7 p.m.
