Surrey RCMP are hoping new video footage could lead to the arrest of suspects responsible for vandalizing a local temple in June.

On June 23, police responded to a report that the Vedic Hindu Society temple in the 8300-block 140th Street had been damaged, with the front windows smashed in. A broken baseball bat was left at the scene.

Surveillance video showed two men carrying bats, one wearing a hoodie, the other a baseball cap, approaching the temple that night.

Anyone who recognizes the suspects from the video is asked to call Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502.
