THE Richmond RCMP Property Crime Unit arrested two males after they were observed in a vehicle reported stolen earlier in the morning of July 16.
At approximately 5:56 a.m. on July 16, a red Nissan pick-up truck was reportedly stolen from the 9300-block of Glenacres Drive. By 11:39 a.m., Richmond RCMP had two in custody.
“This is exactly why officers join the Property Crime Unit,” said Sgt. Simon Lee, NCO In-charge Targeted Enforcement Units, on Tuesday. “They are passionate about finding and arresting those who are committing these offences.”
