Serious pedestrian-struck collision at 192nd Street and 68th Avenue in Surrey

UPDATE (8 P.M.):

Surrey RCMP investigators have completed their on-scene investigative activities in response to the collision. 68th Avenue and 192nd Street are now reopened to all traffic. 

SURREY RCMP are currently on scene at a serious motor vehicle collision in the Cloverdale area.

On November 11, at approximately 4:06 p.m.,  Surrey RCMP responded to a pedestrian-struck collision at the intersection of 192nd Street and 68th Avenue.

Initial indications are that there are potentially life-threatening injuries involved in the collision. The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation.

The investigation into the collision is in its early stages. Investigators are seeking witnesses who observed the collision, or who observed the vehicle prior to the collision, to contact the Surrey RCMP. Investigators are also seeking any available dash-cam video.
