Specialized Centre Opens in Vancouver to Help Women Find Normal Life in Face of Cancer

Vancouverites can expect to have more resources to help them get through the devastating side-effects of their cancer treatment. Having recently opened a location in Vancouver, Compassionate Beauty® has been providing women with products and services during their cancer journey and beyond since 2005. To celebrate Vancouver’s first Oncology boutique and spa, a Grand Opening reception will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2013, from 5-8pm at 1683 Chestnut Street, Vancouver, BC.

In a comforting, spa-like environment, Compassionate Beauty® offers its clients medical hair-loss solutions, mastectomy products and lingerie, medical tattoos, and a full-service spa. In the face of their cancer, women will find the tools they need to find their new normal and confidence again. While Vancouver owner, Catherine Easdown, wishes her business wasn’t needed, she knows that her centre is making a difference in the lives of women and their families affected by a cancer diagnosis.
