THE BC Prosecution Service (BCPS) announced on Thursday that a charge of excessive speeding under the Motor Vehicle Act has been approved against Surrey Police Service
Constable Jared Cebryk in connection with an incident that occurred in Surrey on June 18, 2023.
An Information charging Cebryk with one count of excessive speeding was sworn on June 18 in Surrey Provincial Court. The first appearance on this matter is scheduled for July 15.
