SURREY RCMP are asking for help from the public to locate Allan Jesse Hiscock, 46, who has been charged in connection with a shooting which took place on May 5 in the Guildford area (see below for details).
A warrant of arrest has been issued for Hiscock for assault with a weapon and possession of a prohibited weapon.
Hiscock is described as a white man, 5’11” tall, and 150 lb. He has blue eyes, short brown hair and a brown goatee. He also has numerous tattoos on his arms.
The public is cautioned against attempting to apprehend this suspect, and are asked instead to call 911 if he is seen.

Surrey RCMP arrested three people in connection with a shooting which took place this weekend in the Guildford area.
At approximately 1:17 a.m., on May 5, Surrey RCMP officers on duty heard the sound of gunfire, east of the Surrey RCMP’s Guildford District Office. The officers patrolled the area and located an injured man in the 10300-block of 149A Street. The injured man was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
A suspect vehicle was observed leaving the area and was located in the 9500-block of 120th Street with the assistance of the BC RCMP’s Air 1 Helicopter. Three individuals associated to the vehicle were arrested and taken into custody. Two people have been charged in relation to the shooting. One person was released without charges. Investigators believe that this was a targeted attack.
On May 7, officers executed search warrants in the 9500-block of 120th Street as part of this ongoing investigation.
