SURREY RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance to locate Robert Flynn, a 59-year-old man who has outstanding arrest warrants.
On July 21, Flynn was arrested for five charges:
- Two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm;
- Assault;
- Pointing a firearm:
- Possession of a firearm.
He was released from custody on August 6 with strict conditions, which included no direct or indirect contact with the victim.
Flynn is alleged to have breached these release conditions between August 25 and August 31. On September 3, unendorsed arrest warrants were issued for him for two counts of breach of release order.
Flynn is of no fixed address and officers have not been able to locate and arrest him. He is described as a 59-year-old white man. He is 5’8, 154 lbs., with medium build, and he has short brown hair and blue eyes.
