SURREY RCMP are appealing for any witnesses, information or dash camera footage regarding a collision at 176 Street (Highway 15) and 88 Avenue in Surrey between a tractor trailer and SUV on Saturday, December 4 at 4:50 p.m.  Both drivers suffered minor injuries.
