WITH much talk in recent weeks about an eventual return to face-to-face instruction in B.C. schools, Superintendent of Surrey Schools Jordan Tinney has created a video message for parents, students and staff discussing what a return to school might look like, the many considerations going into these decisions and how the Surrey School District is planning.
