WARRANTS have been issued for three drug dealers allegedly operating in the Lloydminster area. ALERT (Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams) seized more than $30,000 worth of cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine.
ALERT Lloydminister’s organized crime team is attempting to locate Aaron Cataract, Shanaelle Couston, and Maninder Singh for offences related to drug trafficking. The warrants were issued on November 14 as the result of a drug trafficking investigation that began in April.
The three wanted suspects are accused of drug trafficking in the Lloydminster area. ALERT has arrested a fourth suspect affiliated to the drug trafficking group – Keith Gayton.
“The presence of drugs and firearms in our community represents a serious public safety risk. We are asking for the public’s help in locating these suspects and holding them accountable before the courts,” said Sgt. Bruce MacLean, ALERT.
During the course of the investigation ALERT seized:
* Sawed-off rifle;
* Large amount of ammunition;
* 187 grams of methamphetamine;
* 52 grams of cocaine;
* 124 grams of a cocaine buffing agent;
* 120 grams of fentanyl;
* $600 cash; and
* Various stolen property.
Aaron Cataract, 34 years old from Lloydminster, is charged with drug trafficking.
Shanalle Couston, 22 years old from Lloydminster, is charged with drug trafficking.
Maninder Singh, 22 years old from Edmonton, is charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and failure to comply with his release conditions.
Keith Gayton, 54 years old from Lloydminster, is charged with drug trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime.
