TORONTO Police say that the body recovered on Sunday, October 5 from Lake Ontario is that of Kavi Kistnasamy, 22, of Brampton, who was last seen on Saturday, October 4 at 12:30 a.m. in the Lakeshore Boulevard West and Bathurst Street area.

A fisherman found his body near Atlantis Nightclub in Ontario place.

Kistnasamy was a software engineer at Kira Talent.

According to his LinkedIn, he had been a software developer at FreshBooks and a web developer at Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology. He was educated at York University and Turner Fenton Secondary School.

His death is not being treated as suspicious.
