AT around 9 p.m. on Monday, a white pickup truck was involved in a single vehicle accident at the westbound off-ramp from Highway 91 onto Westminster Highway by the overpass in east Richmond.
As a result, the Highway 91 westbound off-ramp onto Westminster Highway is currently closed to all vehicle and pedestrian traffic due to the ongoing police investigation.
