THE Fiji Canada Business Association hosted a Business Gala on May 7 at Surrey’s Bollywood Banquet Hall with chief guest Dr. Satyendra Prasad, Fiji’s High Commissioner to Canada and Ambassador to the United Nations. Proceeds from the gala wil benefit Guru Nanak Diversity Village (seniors’ housing). Also present were Labour Minister Harry Bains and Surrey MPs Sukh Dhaliwal and Randeep Sarai. The association’s directors are Kamilla Singh, Kavin Chand, Abhinash Bachchan, Agnes Prasad, Salesh Prasad, Sara Sharma and Shabnam Khan.
